I work as an Enterprise Data Governance SME with leadership experience developing data governance and programs for government agencies at local, national, federal, and international levels. I am an ITIL® and CDMP® data governance and data management consultant who excels in performance strategy, creating market opportunities, and building award-winning data strategies. I have a strong track record of success providing quality data to drive revenue-based decisions and aligning data strategy with the business mission.

I am listed among the World Bank’s data strategy experts.  In 2016 I served on the Open Data Working Group for the White House Office of Science and Technology (2015 to 2016 OSTP), focusing on data quality, reporting, governance, and strategy. Since 2013, I have been a member of the Open Data Working Group for the Open Government Partnership.

Some data projects include NC Department of Public Health through a CDC grant on opioid research; NC Department of Commerce; Town of Chapel Hill; Durham City/County; City of Raleigh; City of Newark; City of Cambridge; Ireland’s Ministry of Reform; Colombia’s Ministry of Information & Communications; Commonwealth of Puerto Rico; Colorado Secretary of State’s Office; EGov Ministry of Tunisia, MOTC Ministry of Qatar.
